Support Hours

We’re a small, hands-on team (horses included 🐴), so we typically reply within a few hours on business days. If we’re out working on our farms or with our herds, it may take a touch longer.

Business hours: Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (Australia/Sydney & United States/Mountain Time)
Weekends: We peek at the inbox for urgent login/download issues; everything else trots back to you on Monday.
We observe Australian and US public holidays

What counts as urgent?
• Can’t access a course / login locked out
• Missing download links after purchase
(Everything training/coaching related waits till business hours so we can give it proper attention.)
